A night of wonder!
Over the weekend, members of our team were lucky enough to attend the Cirque Du Soleil Luzia show in Brisbane.
Partnered with Harvey Norman, the Smeg team hosted associates from Brisbane's premier architecture firms at the show.
The night was shrouded in colour with fantastic athletic performances, and was an amazing journey through the folklore of Mexico, through to their urban landscapes of today.
A truly special experience.

The new EGF03 Beans on Board Coffee Machine has landed in Australia and is perfect for the Coffee Connoisseur who wants to create the café experience at home.
Like your local barista, the EGF03 uses a professional 58mm stainless steel portafilter to create a full flavoured coffee. Single and dual wall filters can also be interchanged for the best experience.
Its fast heat-up time - 90 seconds from switching on and fast temperature adjustment delivers coffee @ 94°C to steam (100°C) in just 3 seconds.
Choose from 4 low pressure pre-infusion profiles and extract the perfect espresso at 9 Bar. All via a 20-bar pump. With all this combined, you too can create a full-flavoured aromatic espresso.
With a milk jug and tamp included all you need is your favourite Beans.

Covid breeds creativity!

Due to Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions we have had to make some modifications to our cooking classes - enter Virtual Demo's! During October and November 2021 we've hosted virtual demonstrations from our Brisbane showroom to help customers understand and utilise all the amazing features of their appliance. Another new addition to the Brisbane showroom! Our new Portofino display is in. We are now showcasing the stunning new Teal Hybrid 120cm freestanding Portofino cooker, as well as the new Red Portofino fridge. We also have an Olive Green Induction 90cm and an Anthracite Gas 90cm. All cookers are displayed with their matching rangehoods.

Life is about the little things!

Tonight we hosted the first of three launch sessions for the new range of Smeg small appliances. Joined by the National Training Manager Mandy Veis and catered for by our our resident demonstrator Jan, a lovely night was had by all. Beautiful Italian inspired food prepared and cooked in our stunning Smeg appliances.
Tonight was all about Smeg's new stand mixer range - the SMF02, SMF03 and SMF13 mixers. We also got to test out the new DCF02 drip-coffee machine which has quickly become a staff favourite. Both new lines are available now.

SMEG PORTOFINO QLD LAUNCH
Colour. Technology. Style.
On Tuesday 6th of March the Queensland Smeg Showroom hosted the Winning Appliances launch of the new Smeg Portofino range of upright cookers, inspired by the unique colours of Portofino, Italy.
A beautiful night catered for by our resident demonstrator Jan and hosted by Director Malcolm Gray and Luke Rogers.
A stunning presentation was given by Smeg Head Office' own Rodney Manuzzi, David Debs and Leon Wolf. Rodney highlighted the many aspects of Smeg Portofino that make this a market leading cooker. All cookers are Pyrolytic, with a huge 126L capacity and triple fan, the Smeg Portofino cooker can preheat to 200 degrees in 6 minutes.
With eight colours to choose from, 6 burner gas or 5 zone induction top, and each with a matching hood the design possibilities are endless.
We currently have an Anthracite gas & electric cooker and the matching rangehood on display in our Brisbane showroom.
The Portofino range is also available to view and purchase at Winning Appliances Fortitude Valley and Indooroopilly.
